Not trying to be a Karen, but some of the workers there like I was just on called one of the workers very kind but one time I went there and there was this two ladies making fun of a homeless man so Sephora if you see this when you get that and check and I do not know who their name was but they were just being Horrible because How would they feel to be homeless and someone making fun of them?

Rude staff even the manager encourages it. I am writing to formally report an unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had at Sephora’s South Center Mall I had placed an online order for curbside pickup, but when I arrived, the Sephora app and website were not functioning properly, and I was unable to check in. I usually have good experiences at this location however I had my first questionable experience here today. I came with my original receipt to return the Valentino Born in Roma perfume only for the cashier to tell me that I didn't bring in the right receipt because she couldn't find the product on it. I assured her it was the right one and that I could point it out to her as the product name is abbreviated on the receipt as "V BIR D INTS TS". Karishma was so helpful and kind! She helped me do a color match for concealer and also helped me find some other products I was looking for. She answered all the questions I had and I’m so happy with my experience and purchases!
