Chanel was extremely helpful today. She has such an amazing product and process knowledge. Her own makeup was beyond flawless. When asked for help, she was so patient and gentle and educated me on everything without rushing. She only works mondays which is sad but she made my experience beautiful at sephora today. If you have makeup questions ask for Chanel. I bought over $500 worth makeup upon her recommendation today and for the first time I dont regret it lol. Great time with her today!! Thanks so much Chanel :)

Terrible customer service especially from the manager Caroline at this location. I came here to return one of the items that I had ordered online. They won’t take it back (even for store credit) because it has been over 30 days they said, even when I showed them that it’s been less that 30 days that I have received it. She said to call customer service and customer service also refused to help. They absolutely have 0 willingness to help a paying customer. I won’t be shopping at Sephora anymore.
