Terrible service, we were inquiring about a birthday gift and the cashiers were incredibly rude and condescending. Very poor look for the Sephora brand.
I was treated like a thief just because I had a tote bag or maybe because I’m ethnic. I was still shopping around when this associate shoves a basket in my face and started following me around the store. This short, heavier Persian lady accused me of stealing while I was in the store and made me feel so uncomfortable. After I paid I walked up to her to show her my receipt and she said “all I gave you was a basket” acting like she wasn’t treating me like a goddamn criminal.
My friend went Sephora for her makeup done she was not happy who did her makeup the girl said waterproof but all makeup came out when reached home I feel like she wasted her money and is not happy with the service provided Sephora should give us money back this is unacceptable my friend had to redo her makeup
