WORST SEPHORA 1. The workers are always so suspicious of you and they always eye you down and give you nasty looks when you smile at them. 2. I bought a two faced blush and the worker couldn’t even do a fake smile. She checked me out. Not that I am surprised AT ALL… Against my better judgement, I go into Sephora because they are the only place that has the new Valentino fragrance as of yet, and no one helped me. I walked in, no one greeted me. I stood in the fragrance section for 30 minutes smelling different fragrances, even after finding the two I was going to purchase. There were so many employees i felt like i literally couldnt even navigate the store. There were more employees than customers in an almost 2:1, and it was kind of weird that i felt like i was just being watched the whole time. Also, i went for nail polish. Absolutely zero nail supplies, polish or anything at this beauty supply store.

The girl with green hair was surprisingly rude. She asked if anyone had been helping me, and honestly, I’d just been keeping to myself—though a few people did check in on me throughout my visit, and I was perfectly fine. When I went to check out, she asked again who had helped me, and I said I wasn’t sure, since I was kind of in my own head while shopping. Her response? She looked at her coworker and loudly said, “EXPLAINING WHAT PEOPLE LOOK LIKE IS REALLY HARD FOR SOME PEOPLE.” Super unprofessional and honestly unnecessary.
