Leah was amazing in helping me when trying to find my shade match she recommended so many great things and answered all my questions.
The lady that was working in the store i had asked her were a item was and she said it should be on the back wall and she never stop what she was doing to help or assist me after i asked a 2nd time. No other customers were in the store so she could’ve very easily assisted me this happened at about 11:15 AM on Saturday May 24 very displeased with the service of this young lady. She was the only one working as well.
Went in to learn about new makeup and techniques. Skiler was very patient woth me and did a fabulous job.
The ladies at this location are top notch. They are the most friendly and customer service minded people and you really don't see that prioritized at other retail stores like they do this one. It makes us happy to return! We see the manager Michelle every time we go in and shes so helpful. For us, Sephora is the place to go to find the perfect fragrance. There is a whole wall of testers for both women and men so you are sure to return to continue building your personal collection.
sold me a fraudulent $150 gift card and customer service won’t replace it or refund it even when receipt was provided. told me to file a police report.
