Visited this location of Sephora multiple times with my friend since I am living in Brandon . We are like regular customers here and I would like to share that I have had the worst experience here from the employee especially the employee name Rosepreet . One to many horrible experiences from myself and friends, you can’t even enjoy shopping here or looking around without being followed. I often find, it’s mainly alternative people being stereotyped and followed in the store. I don’t personally steal never have, but I’ve witnessed people who had massive theft hauls from here and I’ve seen people steal from Sephora and other stores. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Sephora. I approached an employee for help with a product and they literally rolled their eyes at me. It was incredibly uncomfortable and rude. What really pushed me to write this is my experience with an employee named Rose. I had her help my sister with a shade test few months back and she was extremely dismissive and rude. Worst experience!! Worst customer service. I am never going back to this store. I would rather buy online now. I do not know why they hire so many people who do not want to help. They just keep standing there. When you ask help, they just say one minute and never come back to you.

Terrible customer service. At least 3 workers on the floor not helping anyone. I didn’t get greeted. I went in looking for something specific didn’t get acknowledged if I needed help or if I was looking for something! The 3 workers just stood behind the till talking. I walked out and bought my product elsewhere. You won’t get my business anymore! I will be sure to spread the word to friends and family and my experience as well.
