It’s unfortunate how discriminated against I felt while in your store in Brandon, mb.
i just had the best experience shopping at this location, Angela was such a gem, she had such great advice on skin tints and cleansing oils. and Audrey just might be my new best friend, they were absolutely amazing to shop with and just converse with. it felt like a hangout between friends. i highly recommend visiting this location just for the opportunity to talk with the both of these amazing employees!!
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A faulty product was not allowed to be returned. Met with very aggressive remarks and condescending tones from the store manager, and two other employees. Was told to speak to customer service online even though the product was bought in store. Felt belittled and left very upset
I was sent to go get things, and Angela super friendly. She was a complete hero and helped me find everything very quickly and was amazing to deal with the whole time
I always have excellent customer service from a man in the perfume section. He is so helpful finding scents in the category I’m looking for, and he has so much knowledge of them all! Every time I have left with a new perfume due to his service!! I hope he gets properly recognized by his team leader for his amazing customer service! I wish I caught his name so I could give him a shoutout!
