Insanely rude staff:/ it wasn’t even crowded there was 2-3 other customers and it was early in the morning. The least they can do is answer when I ask about a product and not walk off and ignore me and when I call her back she proceed to walk off and say no without even looking at what I’m asking about!!! Honestly unacceptable
This location is usually my go to and I had the pleasure of being helped out by Kate! She was amazing, friendly and knows her stuff! Keep being you, you’re an absolute gem
Unprofessional woman: Fanuel Hall market place. Sephora customer service has gone down over the years. I called on 12/16/25 at 8:20 pm looking for the Natasha Denona sharpener. The woman who picked up the phone was rude and unhelpful with a disgusting attitude. When she told me she didn’t have the product in store I asked for the store that carried it, she told me to look it up myself and that they were closing and hung up.
