People here are just so friendly and super helpful. I’m just new here and they help me so fast to find what I want.
Courtney was so helpful! I picked up an Instacart order here and she helped me through the WHOLE thing. I’ve never had a retail worker help me like she did. On top of that she was friendly and it was a very pleasant experience, she helped me get the items extremely fast. Would shop here again.
Sales floor people were helpful. Three employees behind the register. Two were unloading a box of bags with two people in line. Didn’t acknowledge or try to assist customers. Didn’t get names since they weren’t wearing name tags. One had a nose ring with a dangling heart. The other had long dagger fingernails. We walked out after five minutes. And yes Ms. dagger nails. I saw your look you gave us. Customer service is not your forte
This is my favorite Sephora shop in the STL area. The store is always stocked and all of the staff is wonderful. If you go- search for Sarah she is THE BOMB.COM
