I'm $10 away from being Rouge, however, when I tried to collect samples today on my $150 order, I was told they didn't have any, despite my account confirming I'd receive a pack if I spent over $45. This is a constant problem - when I order online, I'm supposed to get 3 each time and I'm lucky if there are any to put in my cart. I called support today and they said that the stores just likely aren't used to following protocol. Cool. I went in there with my daughter to shop for my wifes birthday and a girl there with bright red hair treated my 6 year old daughter like absolute garbage. Thats not okay for an adult let alone a 6 year old. The following day my wife and daughter went there and they got treated like garbage by other staff. Better to just shop online so they eventually close the actual store.
