Normally love sephora. But I’m sad that I bought a perfume sample kit that comes with nine perfumes and I open the box to choose to try one on and some of the perfume containers were broken so you can’t even spray some of them on no matter how hard you try. So I just got completely ripped off. Spent my money on this just to not be able to use the perfumes since the sprayer part of the container came completely broken. Witney G was very professional and engaging. She was diligent in finding a color palette that was appropriate for me. I was getting ready for my birthday party so it was important to look fabulous! I really liked working with her. My makeup looked quite natural and not caked on or clay colored. Thank you, Witney.

Well maintained store with fully stocked products. There are lots of workers on the floor to help if you need it but they need to stop approaching the customer every five seconds. I appreciate them offering help but I will ask for your help if I need it. It's very distracting and annoying to have someone new bothering you every second while you shop.

I haven't been into a Sephora in quite a few years, but in the last year or so started stopping in with my daughter. The store is always clean and well-maintained. Everyone working is always very nice We've been twice recently for my daughter to get help color matching her foundation. Once in the summer and once in the winter. Both girls working were wonderful and really did a great job finding a shade that worked for her.
