I went in to get my makeup done for our Christmas photos, and honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. My face ended up looking super pale, almost ghost-like, and the lipstick they put on me was way too dark. I asked for options, but the choices they gave me didn’t make sense for the look I needed. My granddaughter, home from college for the weekend, was not allowed to exchange a product for another shade. I purchased the product for my granddaughter with a gift receipt. The product was purchased on September 4, 2025. The manager would not allow her an even exchange because past 30days. The gift receipt does not state no returns after 30days! Even exchange - no cash issue - unopened - I purchased the wrong color - manager was rude! Bad customer service!
Walker was amazing so helpful definitely ask for him!
The employees at this Sephora are very nice and helpful, but the store itself was hot and humid with no air conditioning, which made shopping uncomfortable.
