My friend, who is expecting, and I were just window shopping while another friend needed to shop. My pregnant friend needed to sit down for a moment and sat on the Benefit Cosmetics stool; one staff member said it was fine. I went to the Sephora Cornwall Centre today around noon to return a Givenchy loose powder. I had accidentally ordered it twice, so I needed to return one of them. I am a Rouge member and have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing many products annually. Unfortunately, the cashier who assisted me was very impatient and displayed a poor attitude during the entire interaction. She seemed unhappy and made the experience unpleasant. Pretty uncomfortable experience at the Cornwall Sephora. I am a man and was in the other day and within 5 or 10 minutes of being in the store I was approached at least one time by every employee while looking for fragrances. It felt like I was being judged, and rushed to make a decision on anything and didn't enjoy the experience, they just wanted us gone. Plus half the testers were empty.
