I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Sephora location. The staff were extremely rude, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my visit. I couldn’t help but feel racially profiled, as they kept hovering around me, giving me suspicious looks, and treating me as though I was doing something wrong. Instead of offering assistance or being friendly, their behavior was judgmental and unprofessional. This experience was upsetting and not at all what I expect from a brand like Sephora.
