Pretty uncomfortable experience at the Cornwall Sephora. I am a man and was in the other day and within 5 or 10 minutes of being in the store I was approached at least one time by every employee while looking for fragrances. It felt like I was being judged, and rushed to make a decision on anything and didn't enjoy the experience, they just wanted us gone. Plus half the testers were empty. Amazing customer service! Staff is always helpful! I recently made an online order, something I do often as I have a busy schedule and don’t frequent downtown as often. I ordered two LE lip balms, when I sat down for lunch I went through my bags and noticed one was missing! I rushed back to the store and was given the best customer service one can receive! Wish the sale details were clearer. I stopped by for the 50% off lipstick sale, but found out the discount only applied to select shades. The sign didn’t mention that, and I only learned after paying and cross checking with an associate. It would be helpful if the signage was more specific to avoid confusion. They dint even mention during payment that it's not on sale.
