What's not to love about Sephora first and foremost. But if I must tell everyone that makes you keep coming back to their store are the great item's freebies and the staff are very professional.. First impressions are everything and the ladies nailed it with great customer service, wonderful attention to detail as I arrived to pick up an order. She located my item i wasn't waiting long due to their pick up order line. It was fabulous and great store set up as well!! I think I will definitely come back.
I have never been treated so badly as I was at this location this week. I came in on Tuesday to get a mascara that I come in regular to buy and found that it wasn’t where it normally was. I looked around a bit and still couldn’t find it so I had to try and flag down an associate to help and immediately was given so much attitude. No one greeted me at the door. I saw a few reps sitting around with their phones at the make up counter, I needed help but they never offered even though I was standing next to 3 ladies. I finally asked a sales rep. if they carried a brand, she advised me I should have looked online. I asked for help with foundation for mature skin, she didnt seem to enthusiastic in helping me.
