I just want to say Melissa is AMAZING. I’ve been having trouble with my makeup settling and she suggested two things: change my moisturizer type & use a setting spray. The past week my makeup has been perfect & I’m so so happy. She was just such a pleasant person to be around and incredibly knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience when walking into a Sephora, Until today at Dana Park. I needed some makeup for the summer. I was given Melissa to help. I'm surprised with all the good reviews about her, that she wasn't as good as they say.First I would like to add she was helping me for 25min. Purchased a product that a staff member tested on me...it irritated my eyes to the point I couldn't drive home from the store. The Mesa store did not accept returns of the unopened product because there not a licensed Sephora store, they are a satellite. High-pressure sales but low customer service for returns. I went to Mac And got a high-quality product with excellent customer service where they offer returns at all stores!
