I was in a hurry and the staff member who was handling the payments was assisting another customer. She told me to wait in line, even though there was another consultant nearby who was not assisting customers with payments and could have helped her. Très déçue de cette expérience. Je magasine régulièrement chez Sephora et j’ai toujours eu de bonnes expériences avec les employés, qui sont généralement accueillants, respectueux et serviables. C’est pourquoi cette interaction m’a particulièrement surprise. L’employée qui m’a servie avait une attitude froide, sèche et franchement désagréable.
