I had to come back and write a review on Rafaella and her amazing customer service. She greeted me instantly as I walked in and without hesitation she offered her assistance. During my skin consultation she provided me with so much information that I honestly could tell she enjoys her job and knows exactly what she is talking about. I’ve been to a lot of Sephora’s and this one was by far my best experience just bcuz of her. The level of education she provided me within a couple minutes deserves a lot of credit. I use to be the “Ron Swanson” when I would go to Sephora, but not anymore. Everyone that works there is truly knowledgeable and I’m purchasing great products from incredibly talented cosmetic specialists!!! Plus I have so much fun when I shop there. It’s always a wonderful experience!! Thank you Team Sephora!!!
Love this location. Lilly was so kind, helpful, and gave incredible customer service. Idk if she’s a manager but if not, she deserves a promotion!
