Absolutely horrible… there is 4 YEAR OLDS shopping at the drunk elephant section with a basket full of makeup that costs more THAN MY YEARLY TAXES, and please don’t let 5 year old get into that horrible store, and the cashiers are so rude just because they look like 10 times worse than a drunk kid
Just went to Sephora to pick up some concealer. Had great customer service by Nicole M! When she helped me with the concealer she then made sure that the concealer is in my account for next time! Amazing location!
Every time I come here there is always a problem. Today I wanted to return a lip product but it was just past the return window and they wouldn’t do anything for me, no return, no gift card, no exchange. I just told them to throw it out because it was the worse lip product I’ve ever tried for $38?? I live out of the city so I don’t have time to run back and forth, and today I finally made plans to come and return but nope. Picked up a few things at Sephora today . I am someone who wears only lip-balm and mascara so I needed a lot of help for an upcoming event . The make up consultants at St Vital Sephora are so helpful ! They found a perfect for my shade and recommended items that are within budget . I will shop again at this location .
