not my usual sephora but Thomas was amazing!!! he shade matched me for my perfect foundation and concealer! overall a really good experience!:)
The staff is helpful and kind. The selection here is superb, however, I went in to buy my go to sunscreen and they only had one left. It was expired product from June 2025. It's now September. I asked the customer service person if they had any in the back that were not expired and they didn't. The problem is, the customer service person put the expired sunscreen back on the shelf to be sold!!!!!!! It really was upsetting as someone may buy it and regret it when they get a sunburn.
Hours on this are ridiculous.
Came in looking for clean makeup and GG was amazing in helping me find what I needed for a wedding I’m attending this weekend. She helped educate me on the product differences and what would be best for my skin type. Super happy with my purchases and she suggested add-ons that were relevant and necessary I forgot to mention. Thanks GG! 100/10
