I was in our local Sephora Store yesterday at the Vancouver Mall for the first time ever believe it or not on behalf of Instacart, for 2 orders that needed to be shopped for & delivered to each customer. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a Sephora employee by the name of Star. I told her it was my first time in there store & I was there on behalf of Instacart. I stopped in to shop for a large DoorDash order last month. I declined help and tried to look for the items on my own. That is when TRAVIS came to my rescue! Travis was AMAZING! He was so incredibly kind, genuine and saved me some SERIOUS time. A couple of items were locked up and that is when STAR stepped in to help. She found the last couple items needed to complete the order. She was also so very kind and we had some great conversation. Based on the service I received, I HIGHLY recommend this location!
