Mariam the salesperson was very good in her behaviour. She helped me suggest make up as per my need and budget. I will visit again.
So i went into safora to get a couple of things, the wait was horrible, 2 reps serving 1 customer, eye contact was made, but I was ignored.. wowwww but still ended up spending almost $200..I will try my best not to go where my business is appreciated!!!!
Sephora Ajax location should get closed down. It has the worst manager and staff. I wanted to do a return, and the manager did not accept it and said I should talk to customer service. I went to another Sephora location, and they gave me the store credit.
The staff here is so incredibly stuck up and rude. I went to exchange a product due to a faulty packaging and she gave me the same one back and would not let me exchange until I told them multiple times. They have an extreme attitude and look like they judge you for doing literally anything.
