I've been going to the store for years and the last two times I've gone in the lady working at the till has been so rude to me and it's the same girl. Louis was a presented me and my friends the best customer service. We had a fun time going through perfumes and our personal preferences. Was very helpful, friendly and overall gave us the best customer service. Best customer service i’ve ever received anywhere. Promote this guy to manager

I returned an item from two weeks ago and politely asked to have the refund issued onto a gift card instead of a merchandise credit. Amanda, the employee assisting me, refused and said it wasn’t possible — yet her colleague later confirmed that it is allowed. I was surprised not only by the inconsistency, but also by Amanda’s abrupt and unprofessional demeanor. It was especially disappointing given that she holds a leadership position. The interaction left a poor impression and made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

Unfortunately perfume smell is very overwhelming which makes it hard to shop. Would have loved to say longer but couldn’t sadly.
