I’m deeply disappointed in Sephora for continuing to collaborate with Huda Kattan(huda beauty). Her public statements and behavior around the Iran crisis have been widely criticized and, in my view, amount to excusing or justifying extremist violence. We were helped shade match by someone who was super helpful, but unfortunately when we went to the checkout at around 5:30 PM today, there was an employee named Alicia who was extremely rude, I have a few accounts with Sephora and she kept repeating “just give me the email??” Over and over, AFTER we provided her with an email. I always find the customer service at sephora feels like sales at a furniture store BUT I went in on Jan 20 and was helped by Louie, it was the best experience Ive had at a sephora!! Thank you so much Louie for helping me and my mom pick out her new perfume! You are a delight. :)
