On Sunday I had a makeup lesson in the morning with Jen. I really wasn't sure what to expect, or what I'd get out of it. What I did get was the most kind, compassionate, fun, affirming, supportive 75 minutes, the end brought a tear to my eye (quite literally) because of the experience and how beautiful Jen made me look and feel. I hope this finds it's way to them, because that person is a treasure, and I will 110% be back because of them.

I’m deeply disappointed in Sephora for continuing to collaborate with Huda Kattan(huda beauty). Her public statements and behavior around the Iran crisis have been widely criticized and, in my view, amount to excusing or justifying extremist violence. As a customer, I cannot support a company that partners with influencers who appear indifferent to human rights and support abuses and mass killings. We were helped shade match by someone who was super helpful, but unfortunately when we went to the checkout at around 5:30 PM today, there was an employee named Alicia who was extremely rude, I have a few accounts with Sephora and she kept repeating “just give me the email??” Over and over, AFTER we provided her with an email. She abruptly sighed after the purchase and said “email or printed.” In the least welcoming tone EVER. And when I asked for printed she sighed yet again.
