Amazing staff and ambience.
I returned an item from two weeks ago and politely asked to have the refund issued onto a gift card instead of a merchandise credit. Amanda, the employee assisting me, refused and said it wasn’t possible — yet her colleague later confirmed that it is allowed. I was surprised not only by the inconsistency, but also by Amanda’s abrupt and unprofessional demeanor. It was especially disappointing given that she holds a leadership position. The interaction left a poor impression and made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.
Unfortunately perfume smell is very overwhelming which makes it hard to shop. Would have loved to say longer but couldn’t sadly.
Kushal was absolutely amazing at Sephora! She took the time to help me understand my undertones and patiently guided me to find the perfect shade match for my skin. Thanks to her expert advice, I left with products that truly suit me. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made the whole experience so easy and fun. I would always go to her for beauty advice because she’s genuinely great at what she does!
