I went to Sephora today to return a lipstick and liner as i bought the wrong shade. A girl named jess or jessica helped me to find the right shade for me, even though many of the shades were not in stock. She was kind and patient and i didn’t feel rushed. She managed to find me the perfect shade after like 20 minutes from the same brand. The whole interaction was so heartwarming and welcoming. I didn’t feel discriminated at all. I usually don’t write the reviews but i couldn’t resist this time. She was a very sweet girl.
Came in with a birthday gift card and to be quite honest I had to ask for help more than once from your team and got very poor customer service ..... one of your customers actually helped me instead with my exact need and I left to go to another sephora where I have much more elevated service.
This place could use some knowledgeable and kind staff.
