I meant to write this a while back because this happened during the Sephora sale, but I just want to make a shout out to the very nice brown girl for helping me last minute with a shade match. It was my fault for coming in so close towards closing time but all I wanted was a quick shade match so I can order the shade online before the sale ends. I always feel kinda insecure walking into Sephora but today was such an incredible experience! I went in with concerns about my rosacea and Alicia was super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I needed concealer but Alicia suggested something else instead and sold me on it ! She also gave me the opportunity to try it in store and just like she said , “it works like magic” Thank you so so much girl , i feel more confident in my natural skin

Extremely unprofessional behavior by staff member named : Alicia I usually love this store and have had great service here with other staff members, but every time I deal with Alicia at the cashier till, it is the same bad experience. She is very rude and loud, and acting frustrated instead of being professional. It's disappointing because the rest of the store is great, but her attitude ruins the visit. Not happy the way she behaves.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Sephora location at Highstreet in Abbotsford. I went in to exchange a foundation I had previously purchased, but was told there was no record of my transaction. It turns out that when I originally bought the product, it was mistakenly put under someone else’s account instead of mine.
