Paige H helped me match the correct foundation and other products such as concealer, blush, bronzer and suggested a wonderful skin care routine that’s working great for me. She took nearly 45 minutes or longer to help me choose the right products. This was so important to me since it was also for my wedding as well as for my best friends wedding !! Really happy with the staff!!!

Went in on Saturday morning to grab some products for my daughters Deb makeup and the lovely young girl was so helpful and sweet! She was so kind and knowledgeable. She helped us find all the products and offered all of us a scan to which i picked up a sephora serum to help my skin hydration and haus labs foundation. I had gone into mecca earlier but was very overwhelmed, so decided to pop into sephora instead and i am so glad i did! I will definitely be back.
Such disappointing customer service. I don't remember the staff member's name, but she was wearing a scarf. She kept pushing me to buy one particular brand even after I clearly explained that it doesn't suit my skin. She was making dismissive facial expressions and, unfortunately, made me feel like she wanted me to leave rather than help me. It was a very uncomfortable experience and not the level of service I expected when i am such a frequent customer.
