Honestly I wasn’t going to give a good review considering how long I had to wait to get assistance. But the moment Hannah approached me that was all out the door. The experience was beyond phenomenal, she was super transparent with her recommendations and walked me through everything my skin needed to feel good. I can’t thank her enough for her patience.

My friend and I visited Sephora Highpoint on Saturday and had a really great experience. We were warmly greeted at the door, and a staff member (I didn’t get her name) quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for, she was knowledgeable and knew the store well. Another team member (Kat) assisted my friend, taking the time to walk her through different products, explain how they worked, and help her try them. Some staff are nice but this girl at the cashier looked like she hated her job or maybe she was tired. No enthusiasm like Mecca staff.

Experience here is always so lovely but today topped the charts. I had come in with my mum who had been looking for a matching foundation shade to her skin, the makeup artist Sarah was an absolute doll. She helped her find her exact shade which she had been struggling with and was kind caring and very thoughtful with us. Absolutely loved Sarah excellent service by other staff before they introduced us to Sarah.
