First time here. Came 20 minutes before app time. Got the door. Gard wants trailer plate #, seal #, and all regular info. Don't break your seal. Unloaded in 40 minutes. No issues at all. Don't trust your Garmin. Check your Google maps instead.

If it’s cold or raining the invisible guard shack( who was cool btw) is the only thing but they don’t take too long. I got a door immediately and was unloaded like BOOYAKA BOOYAKA . GET TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME EARLY!!! OR YOU WILL BE BANISHED INTO THE WILDERNESS!!! YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢…….BUUUUUUT!!!!! My experience here honestly is the worst place ever to delivery, I get the point u need a appointment but regardless broker set a appointment and when u reach there they will tale you come back later and later becomes to some time next week sing a weekend sitting waiting for Monday no mattter what is always a issue besides people on shipping department are rude don't have proper maner to handle this business avoid this place
