Excelentemente satisfecho,
Why is it customers cannot receive the samples that they request with an order ? Everytime I order I get samples a cannot use or don’t like. I called in today and was told they would give me 50 points to use on my next order. This implies I have to buy something to give me a chance at getting a free item I already earned. To me this is a scam. If the item isn’t available why is it on the websites ?
