I think The lady who is in charge of shipping and receiving is practicing what her grandparents use to do to BP. The way she is acting is beyond imagination, I feel sorry for those who work under her leadership. 😞 😢 😣 I am glad I have an option not to come back. Never ever again.

We arrived strictly by appointment at 12:30pm. We were the only truck in the warehouse, but they didn't unload us until 3pm. After that we had to contact the broker and only after that they started unloading us. Please treat everyone with respect. Every hour, every minute costs money for us. Because of your negligence we are losing it

First time here. Came 20 minutes before app time. Got the door. Gard wants trailer plate #, seal #, and all regular info. Don't break your seal. Unloaded in 40 minutes. No issues at all. Don't trust your Garmin. Check your Google maps instead.

If it’s cold or raining the invisible guard shack( who was cool btw) is the only thing but they don’t take too long. I got a door immediately and was unloaded like BOOYAKA BOOYAKA . GET TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME EARLY!!! OR YOU WILL BE BANISHED INTO THE WILDERNESS!!! YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢…….BUUUUUUT!!!!!
