I never knew there was a Sephora here. I had a little trouble finding it but it wasn’t that bad. Small location. I got helped by a really nice woman, and matched me to the milk makeup foundation. Had a good experience there. I like that it’s not deep in the city and they had pretty much all the stuff I needed. Thanks!
Not the best customer service at this location. I went in to get help to find the right foundation for my skin issues (hyperpigmentation ) and to find the best foundation that would work with my neck and chest colors. The staff appeared to be not interested with aiding me. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for help. If you know what you want and do a quick in and out thing, then this is for you. No interaction needed.
My experience here has been wonderful. They’ve had all of the makeup in stock, I find the customer service to be lovely actually. I recall this very sweet blonde girl helped me find the products all of the social media gurus are using. I am also getting my prom makeover at this location and I hope it is just as satisfactory as my general shopping experience!
Whenever I'm in this sephora shopping for fragrance they literally watch over me like I'm a thief. The first 2 times it happened I thought the girl was just strange, but no it happens all the time. The "experts" here (especially the guy) act as if they couldn't be more annoyed by your questions. I'd rather shop online. Horrible customer service!
I love this store for their large selection of bath and beauty products. When I go in, I usually walk out with the Pure Amazing Grace shower cream and body cream. One of my favorites. It's a light, very pleasant fragrance.
