App said they had products in the store. They had one, not the other. The sales woman (of should I say person wearing a Sephora shirt earning her pay by applying her own makeup) did look in the drawer and told me "out of stock." I was not fan of the customer service I received at this location. I felt racially profiled. No one welcomed in the store. Literally walked by me and said nothing. No one offered me help at the perfume section. I had to find 2 different workers. 1 just walked away after I asked a question but I wanted more help. Recently started coming to this location as I love this area. Unfortunately this may be my last time coming here. I came in with an online order and to pick up a few other items. After shipping around without anyone asking me if I needed help I was ready to checkout. I went to the counter waited for a while while about 5 employees just stood at what I guess is their posts. My friend and I came in so excited to get our birthday gifts and left upset and confused - Horrible customer service, nobody said a single word to us, asked if we needed help, and when I made eye contact with the staff they clearly looked away:/ I asked somebody for help and she coldly agreed but barely helped.
