The service is bad
Wanted to give a shout out to Naima. Had a wedding to attend but left my makeup bag at home. 😩Naima hooked me up with a flawless foundation, blush and brushes. She was very very helpful.
I'm not sure why they employ so many staff who stand around adjusting their own fake eyelashes and no staff to serve customers.
There are a lot of friendly workers, and Charisse helped me match my foundation/skin tint and concealer. She was super sweet and helpful!
App said they had products in the store. They had one, not the other. The sales woman (of should I say person wearing a Sephora shirt earning her pay by applying her own makeup) did look in the drawer and told me "out of stock." Not: "Let's order it for you and ship to your home for free!" Nope, she just wanted me out of the store so she could finish her own face. She also told me the app and store inventory are often wrong.
