Recently started coming to this location as I love this area. Unfortunately this may be my last time coming here. I came in with an online order and to pick up a few other items. After shipping around without anyone asking me if I needed help I was ready to checkout. I went to the counter waited for a while while about 5 employees just stood at what I guess is their posts. My friend and I came in so excited to get our birthday gifts and left upset and confused - Horrible customer service, nobody said a single word to us, asked if we needed help, and when I made eye contact with the staff they clearly looked away:/ I asked somebody for help and she coldly agreed but barely helped. I visited this location this past Sunday. I did not feel welcomed. An employee made eye contact but decided to ignore me and continue her conversation with her colleague instead. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance with anything. When I did ask for help that same employee looked irritated and had someone else help me while she just stood there and did nothing.
