Honestly, it's the typical Sephora experience. Go in barely get a hello, underwhelming customer services with employees who seem to not care if you are there, customers with dogs crowding the aisle, and impersonal checkout experience.
This store has the worst employees. They ignore you, don’t greet you, direct you if you ask but don’t offer any guidance on products voluntarily. Two employees had been in the same aisle with me for about five minutes and not once asked me if I needed help and they just carried on with their own conversation. Very neat Sephora. However, there was only one employee who was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend asking for Lilly. She was amazing! She had good recommendations and explained how to apply the products according to my needs. I will be going back to this store just for her support
My family and I loved coming to this Sephora but that all changed yesterday. My daughter who now lives out of town came home for a visit and she dresses very alternatively. The facts that she’s alternative should not change the way she is treated. We’re walking through the store looking at things and reading packages like normal. My first time every visiting an Sephora store and every employee was extremely rude. The first lady I asked just walked away from me. The second lady rolled her eyes and said she was helping someone (which to be fair is a reasonable response but the attitude coming from her was unnecessary I couldn't even see the girl she was helping) the guy helped briefly before telling me with out even checking anything they don't carry the product I googled and told me to go there to get it, as well as the last lady I asked before just g... read more
