My first time every visiting an Sephora store and every employee was extremely rude. The first lady I asked just walked away from me. Products available are great. It's sephora. So of course its a wonderful store. But the customer service not worth trying AT ALL. I walked in all the ladies just standing in a circle talking. I walked past them a few times b4 anyone said hello. No one asked if I needed help . When I asked for help, her energy was off. I kinda felt like I was bothering her maybe. This particular store is terrible. I live nearby so do go in occasionally and also get same day delivery from a different store. Today I went in, everything was rearranged which is fine but it seems they got rid of all quality brands. Perhaps their market is much younger people now. The problem is most items were out of stock. The testers were not usable, i.e. eye pencils were worn down, not sharpened, eyeshadow and blush were empty, mascara dried out. It really did seem like some discount dollar store. Just dirty. I had a fantastic experience at Sephora thanks to Lulya. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the products that best suited my needs. Her advice was thoughtful and made me feel confident in my purchasing decisions.
