Everytime I come to this sephora all the workers are very nice!! Most of the time I come in looking like a bum, no makeup (bc I want to get matched with new foundations) and I don't feel judged at all 🩷 I've heard that sephora workers can be judgy and mean and that is not what I have experienced at this place 🫶
I absolutely hate the 30 day return policy past Sephora. I had unopened items and came back from traveling and could NOT return. For that reason not only will I NEVER shop at Sephora I will won't shop at Kohl's. I think it's unreasonable when you have NEVER OPENED, SEALED PRODUCT
Staff member was helpful and answered all my questions. The prices are average I guess, for a specialty store.
I visited the Sephora store in Geneva, IL today and had an outstanding experience thanks to Erin and Ashley. Erin was incredibly helpful—I was hesitant to spend $75 on a product I hadn’t tried before, and she immediately offered to get me a sample so I could test it first. She also assisted me in picking out a lip pencil and made some great suggestions for gloss options.
