Unacceptable Service, Booked a full face makeup with the Danbury Sephora store more then a month in advanced and 2 hours before my makeup service today for my wedding photoshoot they canceled my appointment because of a "system glitch" with no explanation just an email informing us. Staff at this location that work the cashiers, act like you are bothering them when you ask for samples. I’ve been a big Sephora shopper for a decade often spending a few hundred in one visit so when I ask for the samples and I get an attitude and an eye cream thrown in the bag is kind of shocking since when I order online I get like 10 samples and other locations don’t seem to mind giving samples. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an uncomfortable experience I had at Sephora today. While shopping with my sister and my eight-month-old son, my sister and I were approached repeatedly by staff members asking if everything was okay. While I understand this may be standard protocol, the intensity of the attention we received made us feel uncomfortable.
