The staff thought I was stealing. Asked to check my bags… I didn’t even have a bag on me. Won’t be going back to this location
my partner visited on the weekend and had a very non-inclusive experience as they were shopping for a product and looking for assistance from team members as someone who isn't familiar with makeup. disappointed to see a space that should be welcoming instead create an environment of judgement and air of superiority.
