I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at the location today. My experience was baffling. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate specific products, actively looking for assistance. Despite several employees being on the floor, not a single one approached me to ask if I needed help. I felt completely invisible as a customer trying to make a purchase.
