Staff is always on hand and helpful. I appreciated how they consulted each other about products that they are not familiar with but would help me find what i was looking for.
I asked the employee for directions to get Glossier products in-store. She gave me that look, like she didn’t know what I was saying, and the eye roll. I repeated myself many times and finally gave up; I said never mind and found it on my own. I love Sephora, but you guys should train your staff in customer service.
