The employees at this PARTICULAR location are genuinely so rude. I actually refuse to shop in store due to how unhelpful and judgemental they are. They’re constantly talking with each other, making you feel embarrassed to even bother asking for help. Recently, I was in a pinch and needed a couple things and couldn’t wait on delivery so I decided to do a Buy Online & Pick up order, literally had the worst experience and was in there for a total of 5 minutes. Sticking to ordering online.
The staff is helpful but always busy with customers, so they're hard to get a hold of. Wish they had more people working on the floor.
So I broke a lipstick in half today trying it as handed to me. And told maybe you should have tried winding it down first. May be you should have wound it down to show me when you handed it to me. I don’t need a hateful attitude from your sales staff Isn’t your store about helping people to feel and look more beautiful I went down to Mac and spent my $150 today. Plus I told everybody who would listen to me in every store I went to about my experience in Sephora. Thank you for nothing today Sephora
