I’m so upset. I went to Sephora Milton Friday June 13 to buy my husband a Father’s Day gift from our kids. I wanted the new men’s Valentino cologne. I asked the sales girl there for the men’s one. I’ve been visiting this Sephora since it’s opened here in Milton. The staff here is always super helpful and kind. Jasmine and Dayana on cash today made my experience today super enjoyable. I really appreciate how this store ALWAYS goes out of its way to make every single customers experience special. Also, the store is always super clean and organized!!
I've worked in customer service for 10 years, and the service at this location was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I asked an employee for help, but she seemed uninterested and offered to get someone else—even though she said she specialized in skincare and was working the floor. A second staff member started helping me but left mid-conversation to cash out another customer, even though others were standing around.
