Extreme lack of problem-solving skills. Went in feeling great and left feeling annoyed and like I was asking too much. I should not leave a makeup and beauty store feeling that way - especially when all I came to do was pick up an online purchase lol! I will not suggest this location to anyone and I definitely won’t be back. The only reason I put 2 stars is because I was at least greeted coming in.
I had an amazing experience when I came in on December 22nd. Aleezeh assisted me and I am so grateful to have met her! I have very limited knowledge in make-up and she made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. She also took the time to find me the right products.
