Thank u TAWNEE for racially profiling my indigenous friend, accused her of stealing before we had even left the store. When my friend clarified and showed her we did not take anything off the shelf, it was met with an eyeroll. Entirely inappropriate, childish mean girl behavior. Thank you Tina for hearing us out and acting accordingly.

New Sudbury centre - Lasalle Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve never come across such a rude and unprofessional manager. Her attitude was unacceptable, and she refused to acknowledge the clear mistake made by her employee—who processed my transaction under someone else’s account. When I returned to the store to return a product, they couldn’t locate my receipt because, of course, it wasn’t under my name. Thankfully, I had a copy at home. literally had a HORRIBLE experience just now. went in and hear workers talking about a customer and “how sad their life is” at the front of the store. did not ask me if i needed help or was finding everything ok. stood in a long line and when i finally reached the cash, there was 1 worker doing a return and the other was doing nothing. she looked at me and said “gonna head on the floor bye” as i’m still standing there waiting to be cashed out. she was totally capable of cashing me out before just leaving me there. as someone... read more
