I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for over 10 years and am currently VIB Rouge. I rarely ever return products, which is why I was so disappointed by my experience with manager Miranda. I was buying some gifts for my son’s birthday and he wanted a cologne there were two ladies at the fragrance section one named Sina and I don’t know the other one’s name but they were both really sweet, nice, and helpful. They recommended me the dolce & gabbana cologne. They had a special event going on with the brand and they engraved my son’s name in the bottle. I was in shook with the service they provided me. If I could I would give the service 100/10. They really deserve a raise.
