The customer service team is very rude and unprofessional, I hate shopping at alderwood mall Sephora.
Had a great experience making a return. Was helped as soon as I walked in. Anu and Elaine were so incredibly helpful and kind.
All imma say is, when i say “I like this perfume. Where can I find it?” Id like to be told where it is and not why it’s not where it’s supposed to be because people come in and move stuff around all the time and it’s so annoying. I used to love going to Sephora and always had great experiences with the sales associates, but today was completely different. The staff seemed inattentive and made me feel as though I didn’t belong or couldn’t afford to shop there. It was a very disappointing experience.
Very helpful staff with my cousin's daughter looking for the scented sanitzers.
