I just went into the store with a door dash and I was greeted professionally by an awesome dude and then checked out by a lady and it literally only took them 5 minutes to find the products for me. I was not expecting that but what a great customer service experience.
I go here often for Shipt orders. The staff is always helpful and they amazingly always know where even the smallest items are.
Michelle helped me with a color match and samples today. She was professional, kind, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I found what I needed without being pressured or upsold. I wear very little makeup, but Sephora has a new customer for the few things I will want in the future.
Cathy in particular is a stand-out employee. I am a novice at using skincare on myself, but she was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me create a great routine that has cleared a lot of problem areas I had.
