Lilyana is terrible. She was gossiping about another customer with an earshot of other customers. She says very mean things, and she should not be working at a makeup shop. I had to get her name because the things that she was saying were beyond ridiculous, she puts on this fake customer service voice when she was helping us, even though I was calling her out about being so horrible to another human being
Lilyana is AWFUL!!! So rude and so belittling it’s unreal. Please Sephora, do yourself a favor and get rid of her because I can’t imagine how many customers she’s affected
