I had a very disappointing experience I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora in Montvale. I arrived well before closing (about 20 minutes before 7 PM), and was repeatedly approached by not one, but multiple sales associates telling me the store was closing and I should come back another day. Meanwhile, there were plenty of other customers shopping who were never approached or rushed.
