I had a very disappointing experience I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora in Montvale. I arrived well before closing (about 20 minutes before 7 PM), and was repeatedly approached by not one, but multiple sales associates telling me the store was closing and I should come back another day. Meanwhile, there were plenty of other customers shopping who were never approached or rushed. Great brand selection!
Worst Sephora I have ever been to. People who work there straight up patronize you. The assistant manager is outright useless, adds no value whatsoever…she saw a line building up and only one cashier and did nothing. I placed an order for pickup and this store put it back and cancelled my order the day before I had until to pick it up. Also the holiday return policy is misleading and they only give you store credit, nobody at this store has the desire to provide any sort of customer service.
