I visited this store today at 4:50 pm with my daughter and was very disappointed with the level of customer service. There were several employees present, but none greeted us, offered help, or acknowledged us in any way. Instead, staff were standing together talking and looking at their phones while we were clearly trying to find products. We spent time searching for hair products on our own and ended up leaving without purchasing anything because we couldn’t find what we needed.
