Sales associate at the cash register working today at 12:55pm was extremely rude for no reason. Asked her a simple question and she didn’t bother talking, she just kept nodding and looking at me with a blank stare. Work on your employees attitude, I didn’t feel like buying anything because of her. Will not be coming back.
Sales associates are friendly and helpful (much nicer than Ulta). It’s unfortunate and sad to hear about their problems with shoplifting though.
