I went to the Fremont Sephora today around 6:30 PM to ask about the recall for Ultra Violette Lean Screen Sunscreen. When I showed the cashier the official brand announcement stating that refunds are allowed, they refused to process it, saying that Sephora did not send an official email. The cashier and another person, who seemed to be a supervisor or manager, walked away and ignored me completely. They told me to leave instead of helping. I booked my full make up appointment with Julie last weekend and in absolute awe of how much she helped me achieve the nude and classy chic look.
