They just cancelled my wedding makeup appointment 4 DAYS before my event. I am so upset. I booked this months ago and now nothing is available. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
It’s as if they replaced the employees with gum smacking Tijuana rats; when you’re shopping here it’s easy to forget the same company owns Louis Vuitton. T customer service here is dismissive--they would rather blame the client rather than choose to improve. Whether you're latino, trans, whatever, you don't have immunity for bad customer service.
