Was in the store yesterday and the Isle of Paradise had a 50% so it should have been $14.50 but instead they charged me the full price of $29.00. I'm not local to go back right away either. What the hell!
Beware of the Sephora credit card. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT IT MAY BE A REGULAR VISA OR A SEPHORA STORE CARD. First I wasn't approved at the store so I get a letter, call Comenity Bank and I'm shocked I've been approved for an $8,000 visa! I tell them I don't want this abd I thought it was a store card..Sorry nothing I can do you'll receive a package in the mail. What a bunch of bs to save one-time 25% And I have to go back to the store to get it rerung. This is super shady.

I had a very positive experience at Sephora in Canton, CT today. I don’t usually wear makeup or get all glammed up, I just wanted an eyebrow expert to make sure I was doing my eyebrows ok on my own and touch up and advise what I might need to change, etc.. When I called to ask a few questions the gal on the phone was very helpful and kind (Rachel), and the gal doing my eyebrows (Alyssa) she was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind in dealing with me, an older (50+) adult.
