Sales help are extremely helpful and knowledgeable..Bridget the best. However,phone rep Kenya not helpful AT ALL put me on hold for 15 minutes. I was driving so I held on and timed the call. She was an idiot.. kept changing her answers and saying NO PROBLEM.. check on your phone reps, they are key in customer relations. This was the Manhasset store.
