My first time here the staff is very good and helpful accept when I’m check out the ladies was talking about me in front of me. She is not supposed to talk about the customers even I’m waiting for the receipt.
I had to wait in a line for some time, and when I moved forward, the sales associate was apologizing to everyone for the wait, except me. I don’t expect an apology, but it was clear there was a difference in how I was treated, possibly because of my skin color. It’s disappointing, as most Sephora locations I’ve visited are always warm and welcoming.
