I will no longer shop at Sephora and do not recommend this company. I strongly disagree with their decision to continue carrying Huda Beauty despite the brand owner’s highly controversial political statements and actions. As a customer, I expect large companies like Sephora to act responsibly and be mindful of the values they support through the brands they promote. Highly dislike this Sephora location. They’re extremely pushy at trying to sell you products. When I go in person to a Sephora, I know exactly what I’m looking for. I’m not there to try and be convinced to buy a new product. I get it, they have to try and make sales. The problem is, they don’t respect a simple “No.” No is a full sentence. They will continue to try and sell you something. Once you’re finally free from one salespersons grip, you’re verbally assaulted by the next one. Normally, I hesitate to write negative reviews, but this time...As someone whose Career has been in Customer Service, today's (December 27, 2025) visit was disappointing. The only time my presence was acknowledged was when I walked through the door.. and she was actually busy working yet did the CSR #1 Rule; she looked up to at least acknowledge the Customer. Beautiful store but very unfriendly staff. No one greets you or asks if you need help even after eye contact. When I tracked someone down they were annoyed to be stopped. Can't say I recommend this site for customer service.
