I just returned from this store, where I was hoping to find a particular foundation. One associate asked if I needed assistance, and I asked for the Giorgio Armani aisle. From that moment until I left the store in frustration 15 minutes later, not another associate asked if she could help. I had questions about other brands, and four associates were too busy visiting together at the front of the store to help.
