Unbelievably tired of the workers that don’t even try to hide their profiling, tired of staff breathing down my neck and standing on guard just for standing by the perfumes
Latterly had the best experience ever. I went today wanting a new makeup routine that was clean and classy and left with exactly that. Jade helped me so very well making me have the best experience ever she needs a rase or bonus:))) I hope to see her again when I come back the sweetest person ever. 🫶🏽
Employees are extremely rude and dismissive. This is the second time I have experienced inadequate customer service specifically at this location. I had an in store pick up, and when I arrived I waited in the pick up area for several minutes with nobody acknowledging I was even there.
