I went there to get a new lip product to wear every day and I had no idea where to start Megan and Courtney were such help they helped me find a perfect everyday lip look they were so kind and helpful I literally love the products that I got thank you so much
I got 2 makeup services done for a makeup trial and got my makeup done for my wedding with Mimi, she was so nice and took my concerns about how my makeup peels off. She responded so well and did my base a different way the second time. It turned out so well better than I could have imagined it on my wedding day. I felt so pretty on my wedding day thanks to Mimi! She is so patient, so nice and does beautiful work! Highly recommend!
My husband and I were standing in line when one of the employees rushed us to the credit card checkout. I told her I wanted to use my points, and she said she could help with that. However, when it was our turn, she didn’t ask about using my points at all. Instead, she was more interested in asking about my husband’s occupation than actually assisting with our purchase. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not the welcoming and customer-focused service I expected.
I went to Sephora today to pick up my favorite tower 28 spray because I am running low. The cashier was kind and reminded me that I was able to pick out a birthday gift, my birthday is on Friday. Went to walk into store- doors locked. Store past opening time. Employee kind of looked at me with pure disgusting on her face and continued stocking. I'll take my money to Ulta.
