My husband and I were standing in line when one of the employees rushed us to the credit card checkout. I told her I wanted to use my points, and she said she could help with that. However, when it was our turn, she didn’t ask about using my points at all. Instead, she was more interested in asking about my husband’s occupation than actually assisting with our purchase. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not the welcoming and customer-focused service I expected.
I went to Sephora today to pick up my favorite tower 28 spray because I am running low. The cashier was kind and reminded me that I was able to pick out a birthday gift, my birthday is on Friday. I picked the Summer Fridays b-day gift. However, I went to the restroom before leaving the mall and was going to apply some lip balm - to my surprise it was not inside the box. Went to walk into store- doors locked. Store past opening time. Employee kind of looked at me with pure disgusting on her face and continued stocking. I'll take my money to Ulta.
the employee who checked me out signed me up for kohls rewards without my consent. also tried to use a gift card and the employee tried it multiple times insisting it had no balance but as soon as i check at home there is a full balance on it. would not recommend coming here.
