The receptionists making appointments here are no good. I paid $36 to get here and $36 to get bk home, only for my mother not to be on their schedule besides me handing them the appointment letter. They only did 1 of the 2 tests, their explanation made no sense. And wanted us to come back. No thanks.
I have been calling and calling about every day left vm for the past weeks . Calling throughout the day . Have not received a called back. There is no way to reach the front desk and make an appointment. Very unprofessional!! Update no one has returned my call I text them number . No one has followed up !!
