In despite of all the negative reviews, my dad and I are glad we were referred to Dr. Dezfoli. He has been my father's gi dr for about 3 years. From the very 1st visit to our last visit this week, they have all remained professional and with great bedside manners. Dr. Dezfoli has ALWAYS listened to our concerns and given us a step by step process. The office staff has been amazing as well following up with authorizations, appnts etc. We truly appreciate all the attention and dedication they've provided throughout the years.
We were referred to Dr. Dezfoli by our GP. My sister had severe anemia and we needed to find out why. Dr. Dezfoli performed an endoscopy and found that she had an ulceration in her esophagus and severe damage due to acid reflux. He also noticed two lumps in the lining of the stomach. She needed a specialized endoscopy with ultrasound. He was able to refer us to a top notch gastroenterologist at Cedar Sinai and with his connections to the hospital we were able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. The amazing Dr. Seper has been nothing but helpful, I love his attitude and attention to details. He is very patient and explains everything clearly. His office is very clean and staff are nice too. Definitely 5 star establishment.
I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dezfoli and his support staff. I would like to especially commend his physician's assistant Kassidy. She has a great bedside manner, meaning she is very attentive, patient, and exhibits a level of care, concern, and competents that I have rarely received from the many healthcare providers that I have interacted with. I have had a few procedures with Dr. Dezfoli (Endoscopy / Colonoscopy) and have been very pleased with the entire process. The support staff in his office is excellent. The personal thoroughness, followup with results, and the in office consultation he provides puts your mind at ease.
