Some doctors are in it because they care about money. Dr. Nouhi cares about people and it shows. I am very fortunate to have experienced her kindness and compassion.
Nothing could be improved! All I wanted was someone to order a metabolic panel (bloodwork) to see what was going on in my body bc I’ve been feeling like I was fading away like in December 2022 before I was hospitalized. Instead I got an appointment with Dr. Nouhi in 20 minutes! EVERYONE I spoke with was knowledgeable, asked great questions and addressed my problems thoughtfully and thoroughly. This experience was 180° different from December 2023 when Kaiser let me down. I felt heard and was treated really well.
Dr. Nouhi is thurough and wonderful.
