So I called because I was in desperate need of a gastroenterologist and the receptionist took my information as one normally would: name, address, insurance BUT then she read only asks me what meds I’m on and I proceed to tell her that I take a couple meds for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. That’s great and all except that the incompetent workers flat tells me she doesn’t understand what that is and refuses to make an appointment for me and will call me back.
