Lynn is an amazing massage and craniosacral therapist. Her work reaches deep within to release hidden constrictions that are preventing us from moving forward. Thus, we are freed to be our authentic Selves, radiating light and love.
I had a session with Lynn five weeks after hip replacement surgery. My surgeon said my recovery was right on track. But I had so many sore muscles, and had not yet "gotten my feet back under me." I had lost muscle strength, balance, and the feeling of walking forward with confidence. For the session, Lynn focused on my feet, legs and ears. Yes, ears!
