Authentic Korean fried chicken. The gochujang chicken is over the moon amazing! Love this place.
We got the ginger fries and ginger fried chicken and it’s amazing.
It appears that this place is a ghost kitchen for Bo Lings. I got the bone in ginger soy wings and the captain crunch tenders. The bone in wings seemed closer to what I would expect from Chinese takeout than Korean fried chicken. It had a burnt flavor. The breading on the tenders was not what I would describe as crunchy, for a flavor called captain crunch. The moisture from the onions and radish also seemed to have made the bottoms of the tenders soggy. I could not finish either order. I will not be returning.
