Usually, I love Seoul Blues at Annapolis Mall. It is cozy, quirky, and typically much better than the average mall coffee stop. The food and coffee have always been excellent, and I am still mourning the loss of the Basque cheesecake—it was one of the reasons I kept coming back. Coffee is good but the hot to go cups are so cheap. It fell apart before I even got to my car and it made a complete mess as the thin cardboard cup fell apart in my cup holder.
The milk tea tastes like powder 😩 it's too expensive for powder milk tea. There was also water all over the floor? I didn't get anything to eat but the pastries looked fine. The staff working was nice.
