Great little restaurant with terrific food. The only downside is they close at 9:00. And just to be sure that you know they close at 9:00 they let you know when you come in even at 8:00. Seems to me there be a more friendly way to warn people of their closing at 9:00 because their current method is a real turn off
Perhaps it was the timing of our visit: early Sunday evening. I want to commend our server since she appeared to be the only one on staff while we were there. This resulted in a very poor experience with nearly an hour wait for our entrees. I suspect the kitchen was as understaffed as the dining room. As far as the food, it was mid and definitely not worth the time waiting. Excellent food and service!
I have been here many times and I would normally give it 5 stars but the last meal I had was not good. It was enchailadas. I had the shedded beef as the meat and it was not seasoned and had slimy fatty pieces in it. The refried beans were tasteless, and I really like refried beans. The red sauce was terrible. They said the dish was very hot, but it was more like luke warm inside. I will probably go back but will not order this dish again. I'm sorry to have to say this, everything else I've had there was very good.
