Not pleased with the process. typically you need to leave a message and wait for a call back and the day of my first appointment I called to confirm the time of my appointment and I was not able to call anyone so I showed up at the time I thought my appointment was just to find out it was an hour later. It was a waste of time and I decided to go with someone else.
