to reply to the owners response as they’re clearly trying defend themselves and make my in the wrong : that is super unprofessional and rude to reply in that way telling me everything I have done wrong. the ends are clearly dead because she didn’t cut them off. there was only one other worker there that day as well so multiple reported different hair colors is a crazy thing to say. I drive 4.5 hours from another state just for tattoo removal here because it is the absolute best prices you’ll find and best service! I absolutely love this place and the owner! Amber (the owner) is amazing and very easy to work with! I’m always very impressed after each appointment!
Natalie always gives me a great hair cut at a very reasonable price. She is super easy to work with when I have scheduling conflicts. The facility is nice and comfortable. I am very happy with Senza and Natalie.
